Flat Shipping Charge
For all domestic orders under the value of ₹1500, a flat shipping charge of ₹70 is applicable. Orders of value above ₹1500 are provided free shipping.

We strive to provide efficient and reliable shipping services for our customers. Depending on the connectivity of pin codes within India, we work with trusted delivery partners through Shiprocket.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email and SMS. This tracking ID will allow you to monitor the status and location of your order throughout the shipping process.
Once your package leaves our studio, it is in the hands of our trusted courier partners who are responsible for delivering your product to you. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasions when unforeseen delays occur due to issues within the courier partner network or other factors beyond our control.

Our Commitment to Resolution
In the event of such delays, we are committed to providing you with the best possible assistance. We will promptly raise a ticket with our courier partner to expedite the resolution and ensure that your package reaches you as soon as possible.

Limitation of Responsibility
It's important to note that, despite our best efforts, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by our courier partners. These delays may be due to network issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseeable circumstances. However, rest assured that we will do everything within our power to assist and support you during these situations.
1. Returns and Refunds:
Made to order: As our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and, if applicable, offer a refund or replacement.

2. Exchanges:
Customisation Errors:
In the event where there is an error in your order due to our oversight, we will gladly exchange the item for the correct version. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.

3. Cancellations:
Change of mind:
We do not accept returns or exchanges or provide refunds if you simply change your mind or no longer want the product.

4. Communication and Support:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at the3bstory@gmail.com. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photographs to assist us in assessing the problem. We highly recommend to create an unboxing video for the same.
Before Order Shipment:
We understand that mistakes can happen. If you need to change or modify your shipping address or contact number, please make sure to request these changes before your order has been shipped.

After Order Shipment:
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate changes to the address or contact information for packages that have already been dispatched.

Responsibility for Accurate Details:
It's essential to provide accurate and complete address and contact information when placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery in cases where incorrect or incomplete details have been provided.

Return to Origin (RTO) and Reshipping:
If a package is returned to us by our courier partner due to inaccurate address or contact details provided by you, a ₹150 fee will apply for reshipping the order to the correct address or phone number provided upon further communication. All RTO and shipping charges in such a situation are the customer's responsibility. No discounts or fee waivers will be provided. The order will not be reshipped until the ₹150 fee has been fully paid. Delayed payment will also result in delayed order delivery.

Delivery Delay Responsibility:
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the following reasons:
1. Incorrect address or contact information provided by the customer.
2. Customer unavailability to collect the package.
3. Delay in paying RTO and reshipping fees.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide a smooth and efficient order delivery process.
Lost or Undelivered Orders:
If your order has been lost in transit or if the tracking status shows "delivered" but you did not receive it, please contact us via email within 48 hours from the time the package is marked as delivered. We will initiate a delivery dispute with our logistics partner.

Timing of Dispute Requests:
Please note that we can only accept requests for delivery disputes within the first 48 hours after the package is marked as delivered. After this period, we are bound by our logistics partner's terms and conditions.

Dispute Resolution Process:
We will promptly raise a dispute with our shipping partner to obtain proof of delivery and investigate the matter further. The resolution is entirely dependent on the findings provided by our shipping partner. While we will make every effort to find a satisfactory resolution, we cannot assume monetary responsibility for lost or stolen packages.

Denial of Disputes:
Please be aware that if the dispute is denied by our shipping partner, we will not be able to provide replacements or refunds for the order.
